Terms of Service
Effective Date: 1 June 2025
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the "Content Engineer" coaching programme and related materials (collectively, the "Services") provided by Matt, a sole trader registered in the United Kingdom ("Provider", "I", "me", or "my"). By purchasing or accessing the Services, you ("you", "your", or "Participant") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
The Services are organised into a 90-day programme comprising the following components:
- 1:1 Mentoring Calls — One private 45-minute video call per month offering tactical feedback.
- Video Feedback Guarantee — Written feedback within 48 hours for each posted video.
- QuickStart Course — Self-paced, practical course to launch your content quickly and efficiently.
- Content Tools — Access to tools like the GPT Script Agent and Silence Cutter with setup guides.
- Lifetime Content Engineer Access — Free updates to all future resources and tools.
- Ongoing Community Access — Continued access to the Discord community after the programme ends.
2. Eligibility
The Services are intended for individuals aged 18 or over. By enrolling, you confirm you meet this requirement and can form legally binding agreements.
3. Payment & Refunds
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you complete the assignments and do not feel closer to a publishing cadence and your first paid call, contact support@contentengineer.co.uk within 30 days for a full refund. No hoops.
Refunds will be processed within 10 UK business days to your original payment method.
4. Intellectual Property
All course content, tools, and materials remain the property of the Provider. You are granted a non-transferable license for personal or internal business use only.
You retain full ownership of content you create. You grant the Provider permission to reference your public content unless requested otherwise.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any non-public information shared during mentoring or inside the community, unless required by law.
6. Disclaimers
This programme is for educational purposes and not professional or financial advice. Results vary. No guarantees are made regarding growth or revenue.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Provider is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
8. Termination
You may terminate anytime. No refunds will be issued after the 30-day guarantee.
Access may be revoked if you violate these Terms or disrupt the community.
9. Updates
Terms may be updated occasionally. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use implies acceptance of new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
