How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 30-day period:

  1. Send an email to refunds@contentengineer.com
  2. Include your enrollment email address
  3. Include your order/transaction ID if available
  4. Let us know the reason for your refund request (optional but helpful for improvement)

We typically process refund requests within 1-2 business days, and you'll see the refund in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your payment method.

What Happens After a Refund

Upon processing your refund, your access to Content Engineer services will be revoked, including:

  • • Future mentoring sessions
  • • All Content Engineer materials and resources

Refunds After 30 Days

Partial Refunds

Content Engineer is priced as a complete package. We do not offer partial refunds for individual components of the service (e.g., just the tools or just the community access).
